By creating an account, accessing the platform or using a Vfirstpe service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Vfirstpe platform or its services.
2. Eligibility
You may use Vfirstpe only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the relevant financial or payment services under applicable law.

4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, OTP, PIN, device and other authentication information used to access Vfirstpe.
Never share your OTP, password, PIN or security credentials with anyone. You should immediately report suspected unauthorized account access through the official support channel.

6. Payments and Transactions
You must verify recipient, beneficiary, biller, mobile number, amount and other transaction details before confirmation.
A transaction submitted by you may be processed immediately and may not always be cancellable after successful submission.
Transaction status will depend on the response received from relevant banking, payment or service providers.
A displayed transaction reference or request submission does not by itself guarantee successful settlement.
Vfirstpe may apply transaction limits, risk checks or additional verification where required.
7. Wallet and Account Balance
Where wallet functionality is available, wallet balances, credits and debits are maintained according to the applicable transaction records and system ledger.
Wallet usage may be subject to account status, KYC requirements, regulatory limits, transaction restrictions and supported service rules.
8. Recharge and Bill Payments
You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, operator, consumer number, biller information and other requested details.
Vfirstpe may rely on third-party recharge, bill-payment or provider systems to retrieve bill information and process payments. Provider availability, bill amount, settlement timing and service status may therefore depend on those systems.
9. KYC and Verification
Certain Vfirstpe services may require identity, KYC, bank or beneficiary verification before activation or continued use.
You must provide genuine and accurate information and documents. Vfirstpe may reject, restrict or suspend services where submitted information cannot be verified or appears inaccurate, fraudulent or unauthorized.
10. Bank Accounts and Beneficiaries
You are responsible for ensuring that any bank-account or beneficiary information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use such information.
Vfirstpe may require verification or approval before enabling beneficiary-related services.
11. Fees and Charges
Certain services may include platform fees, service charges, provider charges, taxes or other applicable amounts.
Where applicable, relevant charges should be displayed before transaction confirmation or otherwise communicated through the platform.

Offers, discounts, promotions and cashback may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, minimum transaction amounts, maximum reward limits, validity periods, service categories and other offer-specific rules.
An offer is not guaranteed merely because it is displayed. Eligibility must be satisfied according to the applicable offer rules.
13. Failed, Pending or Delayed Transactions
A transaction may fail, remain pending or be delayed due to banking systems, payment providers, billers, network connectivity, maintenance, risk checks or other technical or external circumstances.
Users should check the transaction status and avoid repeatedly initiating identical payments while a previous transaction remains pending unless the platform specifically indicates that a retry is appropriate.
14. Refunds, Reversals and Cancellations
Refunds, reversals and cancellations are subject to transaction status, provider rules and applicable law.
Where a payment fails after an amount has been debited, any reversal may depend on confirmation and settlement processes of the relevant financial or service provider.

You must not use Vfirstpe for:
Fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized transactions.
Money laundering, terrorist financing or other prohibited financial activity.
Using stolen, false or unauthorized identity, banking or payment information.
Attempting to bypass KYC, account limits, security controls or transaction restrictions.
Interfering with the security, availability or operation of Vfirstpe systems.
Using automated tools to abuse, scrape or overload the platform without authorization.
Misusing offers, cashback, referral systems or promotional rules.
Any activity prohibited by applicable law, regulation or provider rules.
16. Third-Party Services
Vfirstpe may rely on banks, payment gateways, recharge providers, billers, OTP providers, notification services, identity-verification providers and other third parties.
Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms, processing rules, availability and privacy practices. Vfirstpe is not responsible for outages or failures that are solely caused by systems outside its reasonable control.
17. Suspension and Termination
Vfirstpe may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, violation of these Terms, provider requirements or risk management.
Account closure does not eliminate obligations or records that must remain for transaction settlement, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, audit or legal compliance.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vfirstpe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
This includes failures caused solely by banks, payment providers, billers, mobile operators, internet connectivity, user-provided incorrect information, unauthorized disclosure of credentials or third-party systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your unlawful use of Vfirstpe, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity or infringement of another person's rights.
20. Intellectual Property
The Vfirstpe name, logo, interface, software, graphics, content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Vfirstpe unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected Vfirstpe materials except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization.
