Your agreement with Vfirstpe

1. Agreement to Use Vfirstpe

By registering, signing in or using Vfirstpe, you agree to this User Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies applicable to the services you use.

2. User Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the relevant Vfirstpe services and must provide accurate information during registration and verification.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that profile, identity, bank, beneficiary, mobile, biller and transaction information submitted through your account is accurate and authorized.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, OTP, password, PIN, device and account access. You must notify Vfirstpe promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

5. Transactions

You authorize Vfirstpe and relevant service providers to process transaction instructions that you validly submit through your authenticated account.

6. Transaction Verification

You must review the recipient, beneficiary, biller, account, mobile number, amount and other relevant details before confirming a transaction.

7. Compliance & Verification

Vfirstpe may require KYC, bank-account, beneficiary or additional identity verification before enabling or continuing certain services.

8. Offers & Rewards

Promotions, offers and cashback are subject to applicable eligibility rules, limits and validity periods and are not guaranteed merely because they are displayed.

9. Prohibited Activity

You must not use Vfirstpe for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized financial transactions, misuse of another person’s information or attempts to bypass platform security or transaction restrictions.

10. Third-Party Providers

Certain services depend on banks, payment gateways, recharge providers, billers, OTP services and other external systems. Their availability and processing times may affect Vfirstpe services.

11. Pending or Failed Transactions

Transaction outcomes may depend on provider responses. You should verify the final transaction status before attempting a duplicate transaction.

12. Refunds & Reversals

Refunds and reversals are subject to transaction status, provider rules and the Vfirstpe Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Suspension of Access

Vfirstpe may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, provider requirements or violation of platform policies.

14. Responsibility & Liability

You remain responsible for your own account use, transaction instructions and information you submit. Liability is subject to applicable law and the Vfirstpe Terms & Conditions.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Vfirstpe Privacy Policy and applicable service requirements.
